This reminds me of PilotRedSun, has a very similar surreal feeling about it! I would suggest toning down the delay a little bit so that I can better hear what the character is saying.

This was bite-sized, but fun as hell nonetheless! I like the atmosphere, and mechanics within the game. If I had to recommend anything, it would be adding an 'R' to restart option for convenience, since one often uses WASD, and R is within the index's reach. The second would be adding a turbo mode, where everything moves a deal faster. The third is more an idea than anything else, but you should totally make an endless mode for replay-ability and competitiveness.

When I look at this one, it feels like I'm in a point & click game!

The wet road even changes its shade ever so slightly whenever the light turns green. I love how reflective everything is, it makes the artificial lighting look really cool.

Doesn't seem like the "detour" worked out in your favor.. The ominous reddened clouds paired with the flashing lighting foreshadow a possibly treacherous trudging through the cold snow..

(I love the way the streetlights look, as well as the occasional flickering glow of the far-off buildings. It's a beautiful piece.)
